Ingredients
(Serves 4)
2 tomatoes
1/2 onions
1/2 bunches of fresh coriander
2 cups of ketchup
1/2 cup of tomato juice with clams
2 teaspoons of olive oil
3 cups shrimp, precooked
Avocado, to accompany
Salt and Lemon to taste
Instructions
Finely chop the tomato, onion, serrano pepper, and coriander.
Mix the ketchup with the tomato and clam juice, add olive oil, add the previously chopped vegetables, mix until integrated, add the shrimp.
Pour into a shaker glass, decorate with avocado and serve with crackers.
We always add Mexican hot sauce such as Valentina or La Guacamaya and serve with salty crackers on the side.
