Deliveries & Returns
Once you have selected your order from the menu of your chosen delivery location you will be given the opportunity to submit your order by clicking on the "Complete Order" button. Please note it is important that you check the information that you enter and correct any errors before clicking on the “Complete Order " button since once you click on this input errors cannot be corrected. We deliver our products in Dubai, UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Our delivery lead time is between 24 to 72hours from the order, with a cut-off time at 16:00 pm. We do not deliver after 22:00 pm.
The flat rate is AED25.00. However, we offer free delivery for orders above AED 99.99.
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
Please allow for up to 45-60days for the refund transfer to be completed.
We do accept returns, only if the product has not been opened or damaged. If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
For refunds, please contact us at email@example.com or through WhatsApp at +971 58 554 9342 to amend the order details. The customer care advisor will be able to assist you in amending or canceling the order if it will possible. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
Please note that from time to time there may be delays with processing payments and transactions, on occasion this can take 45-60 days for credit to customer account in case of return applicable..
