 Perfect as a side dish or a light meal, these stuffed nopales are sure to be a hit at your table.


(Serves 4)


  1. Cook the whole nopales in water until they are tender.

  2. Stuff the nopales with panela cheese and roll it up, use a toothpick to hold it. Repeat for each Nopal

  3. In a hot pan add the unsalted butter and sauté the nopales until golden.

  4. Serve hot and with some green salsa.
