For the Duck Marinade:

  • 3 Cups Water

  • 1 Cup Condensed Milk

  • 1 Mamey Cup

  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons Unflavored Gelatin Powder


  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, place water and Condensed Milk, when it comes to a boil, remove and wait for it to cool.

  2. Add the gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup of hot water along with the mamey.

  3. Blend everything, pour into a mold, and refrigerate until set.

  4. Serve cold.
