1 kg of Lucuma Pulp
1 jar of evaporated milk
1 jar of condensed milk
Blend the pulp of lucuma with 1 jar of condensed milk until the pulp dissolves completely.
In a bowl we place 1 jar of evaporated milk and with a blender, we beat the milk until the milk has a creamy texture.
Add the previously made smoothie to the bowl and beat again until the ingredients are properly integrated.
Put the whole mixture in another aluminum bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
After the time passed, we beat the mixture again for 2 minutes, put it back in another bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it in the freezer for 8 more hours.
Finally, we verify if it is ready and serve!
