1. General Overview

By accessing or making a purchase on CLOC FZ LLE, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Product Availability & Perishability

• Perishable Items: Products labeled as perishable (including fresh produce and dairy such as Queso Oaxaca and Tomatillos) are subject to special shipping and handling conditions to maintain freshness.
• Product Variations: As many of our products are artisanal or agricultural, slight variations in appearance, color, size, or weight may occur naturally.

3. Shipping, Cold-Chain & Delivery Responsibilities

• Refrigerated Shipping: Perishable items are packed with insulated liners and ice packs designed to keep products chilled during transit.
• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and ensuring someone is available to receive, unbox, and immediately refrigerate perishable items upon arrival.
• Delivery Delays & Carrier Issues: CLOC FZ LLE is not liable for spoiled goods resulting from:
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer.
  • Packages left outdoors unattended after carrier delivery confirmation.
  • Delays caused by severe weather or carrier disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

• Perishable Goods: Due to food safety and health regulations, all sales of perishable goods (dairy, produce, fresh items) are final and non-returnable.
• Damaged or Spoiled Items: If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or warm/spoiled, you must contact us at contact@clocfood.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
• Non-Perishable Goods: Unopened, non-perishable goods (e.g., dry flour, canned goods) may be eligible for return or replacement within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.

5. Pricing and Order Cancellations

• All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to incorrect pricing, stock shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

CLOC FZ LLE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of products purchased through our site beyond the purchase price of the items in question.
