It is traditionally used as seasoning in the famous Yucatecan and Central American dishes, mainly those influenced by the mayan culture
It is ideal to marinate or to prepare grilled or roasted beef, chicken and the most famous Cochinita Pibil.
It's really easy to prepare! You can dilute 1 OZ of paste with ½ of cup of vinegar or 50 ml of liquid annatto. Ready to use! You can marinate and season 1kg of beef, pork, chicken or fish.
