235gr of Doña María Mole Paste
500gr tortilla chips
100gr Shredded Cotija cheese
100gr Fresh Cream
1/2 cup onion, sliced
1 Hass Avocado, sliced
1 teaspoon cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
In a large saucepan over medium heat, prepare the Mole paste.
Add tortilla chips, mix for 1 minute.
Place on serving plate. Top with Cotija cheese, cream, onion, avocado, and cilantro.
Garnish with Sesame Seeds and enjoy!
