Mango Sorbet Recipe
Fruit sorbet is a very thick frozen drink that differs from ice cream since it does not contain greasy ingredients, which makes it lighter and perfect for fighting the heat.
In this step-by-step recipe, you will learn how to make a fresh and natural mango sorbet that you can serve as a dessert or snack on a summer day.

Let's start cooking!
Ingredients
(Serves 2)
1 large, ripe mango
1/3 cup of sugar
2 cups of ice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
salt
1/4 cup Chamoy sauce or strawberry jam (optional)
1 teaspoon Tajin seasoning, plus more for serving (optional)
Instructions
Blend the mango pulp cut into pieces, with the lemon juice, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixture should have the consistency of soft sorbet or a slushy
Add the ice and process until you get a thick mixture, at this time we can add the sugar. Remember that this is optional since mango is a sweet fruit and if you want a light ice cream it is better not to add extras, you can also substitute it for honey.
Serve the mango sorbet cold and add the Chamoy and Tajin Seasoning on top
Tip: Garnish with Mangoes and dip the rim with Chamoy sauce and Tajin seasoning
