Korean Stir-Fried Glass Noodles Recipe
This is a dish that you should really consider when you're having your Asian meal cravings.
Glass noodles are also known as cellophane noodles or mung bean noodles. The noodles are made from water and a type of starch that can either be mung bean, potato or tapioca.

This meal just needs a few minutes to slice a few ingredients and then not even 10 minutes of cooking.
Ingredients
(Serves 2 people)
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 Tbsp. Oyster Flavored Sauce
3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Pure Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp. white sugar
6 fresh shiitake mushroom, sliced
20 gr. chives, sectioned
40 gr. carrot, julienned
40 gr. onion, julienned
40 gr. cucumber, julienned
40 gr. bean sprout
1 Tbsp. roasted sesame seeds
200 gr. Mung bean vermicelli
Instructions
In a frying pan add the cooking oil, and pour in the mushrooms, chives, carrots, onion, cucumber, and beansprout. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add in seasoning sauces (oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil) and stir well.
Add the cooked vermicelli, and sugar. Stir quickly.
Sprinkle the roasted sesame and serve.
Extra tip: Personalise it to your liking, add protein or the vegetables your like.
