Beef Milanesa w/Cheese Torta

In Mexico, tortas are as famous and as easy to find as tacos. Try this version with chicken milanesa and the typical ingredients, such as slices of Cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and the cream with the spicy flavor of pickled jalapeño chili. Simply a delight.
1/2 tsp butter
One breaded steak
Oaxaca cheese to taste
1 tbsp cream
2 tbsp refried beans
5 rings of white onion
4 tomato slices
1/4 of avocado cut into sheets
Cut the baguette in half horizontally.
In a hot griddle, melt the butter and heat the bread on both sides.
Spread the inside of the baguette with the cream and refried beans.
Add the oil to the grill and fry the milanesa (breaded steak). When turning the milanesa, add the cheese so that it melts a little.
Place the milanesa on the bottom cover of the baguette, then the onion, tomato, avocado, and jalapeño.
